Shipping Rates
Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only) Shipping charges will be charged based upon your total order and will be shipped VIA ground service in the Continental United States (*except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

The following rates apply:

- Orders under $500. Shipping: $14.50
- Orders $500.00–$999.99. Shipping: $35.00
- Orders $1,000.00–$1,499.00. Shipping: $40.00
- Orders $1,500.00 and up. Shipping: $50.00

FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $50.00 IN GREATER TORONTO, SOUTHERN ONTARIO AND METRO DETROIT.
For orders requiring multiple shipments a $10.00 charge will be applied for each shipment made on your backorder. We reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire. Any customer request to ship backorder under $75.00 require an additional $5.00 shipping charge.
Signature Required
Unless requested, all shipments will require a signature by the receiver.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for printing errors, for sale of Layaway items, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are on a first come first served basis.
Damaged Merchandise
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please call us so we may contact the freight carrier. Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box. 10 days limit from shipping date.
Back Orders
Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some backorders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on backorder until product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not being made. The customer may cancel their back orders at any time prior to receipt from the manufacturer.
