Returns

Please call 1-866-519-5155 to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state.  The yellow invoice copy must be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.

NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No returns of books or video tapes. All warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer.
